Position: Commissary Cake Decorator
About: Magnolia Bakery, a globally famous and locally loved retail bakery and desserts brand, known for its whimsical spin on classic American desserts with locations in New York City, LA, Chicago, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and an emerging Grocery business in the US, is seeking a Cake Icer for their Long Island City Commissary location.
Requirements: 6-12 months experience with cake decorating; knowledge and use of cake decorating equipment, tools, icings, ingredients etc; hands-on, flexible and highly responsive; strong communication skills; reading and writing skills; ability to handle high stress and volume; high energy, positive attitude; ability to work with a diverse group of people; follows policies and procedures; takes directions well and hits the ground running; organized with good time management skills
