Requirements: High school diploma /GED and 2-year degree from a Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management program preferred; Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a five-star luxury or ultra-luxury property or Michelin star restaurant; Licenses & Certifications: New York City Food Safety Certification or Equivalent Food Safety Certification
