Position: Commerical Baker
About: Marczyk Fine Foods, a world-class neighborhood market, is seeking a Commercial Baker to join their dynamic and diverse team. The Baker will be responsible for producing Marczyk’s signature scratch-made breads and sweets with a focus on quality, professionalism, and teamwork. This role involves working in two shifts, morning and afternoon, to meet production demands and ensure top-notch execution.
Requirements: Commercial Baking experience is preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment; creativity in problem-solving; excellent communication skills; ready to learn and grow professionally; mathematically proficient; ability to take critical feedback; highly motivated, passionate, and professional; able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; able to work effectively with a diverse group of people; able to manage emotions at work; eager to add positivity and fun to the work environment
