Position: Commercial Restaurant Equipment Technician
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Appliance Repair Technician to maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair all commercial restaurant, laundry, kitchen, and refrigeration equipment across the resort. The role involves providing mechanical and technical guidance to other technicians, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and ordering parts as necessary.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; Associate’s degree (AA) or Technical school preferred; 5+ years of commercial appliance repair and refrigeration experience required, 7+ years preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Refrigerant Transition and Recovery certification through the EPA required; Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License
