Position: Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Consultant

B&A is currently looking for a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Consultant with expertise in SAP and ServiceNow solutions to support a federal government client.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing COTS software solutions, focusing on SAP and ServiceNow systems; proficiency in software evaluation and selection processes; experience with software configuration and integration; knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle; strong familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
