Position: Commercial Lending Admin Assistant
About: This position will provide administrative support to a Commercial Lending Officer(s) by communicating with commercial customers and commercial banking officers on lending and deposit-related activities. Responsibilities include handling loan closings, opening new accounts, wire transfers, filing paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements: 3 years or more of previous administrative experience or strong banking experience required; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and detail-oriented; Self-motivated and eager to learn and problem solve; Ability to maintain a professional demeanor; College degree strongly preferred; Preference for candidates with previous commercial lending experience and knowledge of bank systems and loan processes.
