Position: Commercial Events Coordinator
About: The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and major visitor attraction, is seeking a Commercial Events Coordinator to support their Commercial Events team on various events including Halloween at Kew, Joe Wicks Festival at Kew, and other significant events like Christmas at Kew, Kew the Music, and more. The role involves supporting the Commercial Events Managers in planning and operational management to achieve ambitious targets for self-generated income through commercial events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in event coordination; negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers; exceptional customer service; ability to work outdoors and manage contractors; willingness to work weekends and afterhours
