Requirements: Firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better; ability to communicate effectively with guests; basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures; proficiency in handling money and operating a point-of-sale system; ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours); capable of lifting and maneuvering trays weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs.
