Position: Comfort Station Attendant
About: Summit Club in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Comfort Station Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The Comfort Station Attendant is responsible for contributing to a great member and guest experience by opening and closing assigned golf food comfort stations daily, keeping stations neat, organized, and stocked with snacks, candies, and beverages, as well as assisting in food preparation, cooking, and serving golf course menu items. This role plays a part in creating the Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of food service or guest service experience; knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; knowledge of wines and beverages; attention to detail, quality, and service; positive attitude, professional demeanor, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a team environment; ability to stay calm and focused under pressure; ability to meet physical demands of the position including working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and lifting items sometimes over 50 pounds.
