Position: Cold Station Cook
About: With genuine hospitality and a passion for teamwork, a Cold Station Cook at The Capital Grille will either prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant or will prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant. The Capital Grille is committed to the highest safety and sanitation practices, including team member wellness and maintaining clean, sanitized, and safe restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation and cooking; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; teamwork and communication skills
