About: Carnivore & The Queen Supper Club is a contemporary revival of a classic prohibition-era supper club with a casual vibe and approachable classic food. The establishment offers a daily menu featuring recipes curated with seasonal local ingredients from farmers, fishmongers, and ranchers, with a focus on dishes intended for sharing.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in a culinary program preferred; experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus; ability to work in a fast-paced 5-star restaurant environment; availability for evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, 4 to 5 days a week
