Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays; Problem-solving skills and adaptability; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; Respect for team collaboration and a supportive work environment; Punctuality and reliability; Resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
