Position: Coffee Shop Manager
About: Responsible for managing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met in a coffee shop setting.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or food and beverage management role; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed; comfortable using POS systems and scheduling software; understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management; demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong work ethic; ability to problem solve; physical requirements of standing for extended periods and processing shipment up to 30lb
