Position: Cocktail Server – The Harpeth Hotel
About: The Harpeth Hotel, located in historic downtown Franklin, is a boutique hotel part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, nestled in the heart of Historic Franklin, just minutes from Nashville. The hotel offers 119 elegantly appointed guest rooms with views of historic Franklin or a tranquil courtyard, 55-inch HDTVs, in-room coffee, WiFi, flexible workspace, robes, slippers, oversized bathrooms, and closets. It features over 5,000 square feet of event space, a hand-crafted cocktail bar (1799 bar), and a southern cuisine restaurant (1799 restaurant). The Harpeth Hotel provides a unique and historic experience for guests.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; Three to six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment; Vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer printouts, and written instructions; Manual coordination to handle trays loaded with food and beverages, punch buttons, and grasp items; Ability to lift, push, carry 20 – 40 lbs; Stand continuously for long periods; Fluent in English; Excellent communication skills
