Position: Cocktail Server (PT)(Overnight)
About: Delaware Park, a vibrant entertainment venue in Delaware, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Wait Staff for their Outlet services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service excellence in a dynamic environment featuring diverse clientele and exciting events.
Requirements: Previous wait staff experience preferred; successfully complete background check and licensing process required by the Delaware Lottery; possess an ABC Servers card and/or Tips equivalent; knowledge of Point Of Sales operating systems preferred; act with discretion and maintain confidentiality; able to wear assigned uniform comfortably; walk and stand for at least an eight-hour shift; lift up to 25 lbs; ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed; work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; work in a fast-paced environment; effective communication with guests, co-workers, and management
