Position: Cocktail Server- Caramella-Steady Extra-(Planet Hollywood LV)
About: The primary responsibility of the Beverage Server/Cocktails is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages to our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Requirements: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older; One-year previous high volume cocktail experience; Minimum of one-year customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service, is required; Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable in order to engage in conversation; Must be able to work any day of the week and scheduled shift; Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team; Must present a well-groomed appearance; Work requires knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients; Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
