Position: Cocktail Server
About: Truckee Gaming LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to provide beverage service to guests at Pioneer Crossing in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat patronage. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting casino programs, taking and delivering drink orders accurately, and adhering to alcohol and safety regulations to create a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age to comply with liquor laws; minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred; effective communication in English; working knowledge of alcoholic drinks; ability to represent the property in a friendly and positive manner, meet grooming standards, and interact courteously with management, employees, and guests; Gaming Control Board Registration; physical requirements include lifting up to 30 lbs., standing, walking, bending, and working in a casino environment with tobacco smoke and noise
