Position: Cocktail Server

Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or equivalent; familiarity with menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, and accounting procedures; ability to effectively communicate with kitchen and guests; punctuality, courtesy, and ability to handle difficult situations with patience; good teamwork, personal grooming, and physical stamina to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
