Position: Cocktail Server
About: The Valuetainment-exclusive, membership-driven cigar lounge and event center is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide impeccable service to high-profile executives and a sophisticated clientele, embodying the essence of ‘unreasonable hospitality’.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale lounges, or luxury hospitality; Strong background in craft cocktails, premium spirits, and wine service; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor; Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of cigars and pairings (preferred, but not required; training provided); Ability to handle high-profile guests with discretion and confidentiality; Must be at least 21 years old (due to alcohol service laws); Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carrying trays and serving items with precision; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; TABC / ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
