Position: Cocktail Server

Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; Familiarity with wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, restaurant layout, and orientation material; Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually, handle difficult guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, work well with co-workers, maintain a clean and professional appearance, stand and walk for extended periods, transport food safely, move about in all areas of the restaurant, and work nights, weekends, and holidays; Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
