Position: Cocktail Server
About: HMSHost, a company providing food and beverage services at Portland International Airport, is seeking a Cocktail Server to join their team. The Cocktail Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. This non-exempt position typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager based on local requirements.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; at least 6 months of closely related serving experience; ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner; ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs; strong communication skills; comfortable standing for extended periods; proficiency in reading and understanding instructions and communicating with customers; able to work in a fast-paced environment
