Position: Cocktail Server

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in serving drinks following beverage service standards; knowledge of State, Federal, and Corporate requirements for serving alcohol; ability to prepare station for shifts and handle cash transactions; proficiency in effective communication; capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and guests; familiarity with state liquor laws; capability to carry large trays weighing up to 30 lbs.; effective verbal and written communication skills
