Position: Cocktail Server
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy, a popular restaurant chain known for its authentic Italian cuisine and warm family-like atmosphere, is currently seeking Cocktail Servers to join their team. The restaurants reflect the history of their host cities with high-energy, full-service dining rooms, elegant banquet facilities, and customer-friendly carryout services.
Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; Familiarity with menu and specials, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, layout of the restaurant, individual restaurant orientation material; Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually, be courteous, respond to the needs of guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, get along with co-workers, maintain a clean and well-manicured persona, stand and walk for an entire shift, safely transport food over slick surfaces, work nights, weekends, and holidays
