Position: Cocktail Server
About: The Bourbon Orleans, a historic New Orleans hotel, is seeking a Server to join their team. With centuries of stories to tell, the Bourbon Orleans offers a unique atmosphere of gilded details, Belle Epoque-style, and a warm Louisiana welcome, making it an ideal setting to start your Crescent City story. The hotel is managed by Evolution Hospitality, a lifestyle vertical at Aimbridge, known for creating distinct experiences in independent, luxury, boutique, and lifestyle hotels, as well as restaurants and bars across North America.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations); Ability to convey information clearly; Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
