Position: CNS Manager Trainee
About: Child Nutrition Services (CNS) located at Rock Quarry Rd. Office Complex in Raleigh, NC is seeking a candidate for a training role to become proficient in food production, customer service, and fiscal control in a school cafeteria environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; considerable knowledge of child nutrition laws, policies, and procedures; considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; effective time management skills; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to read, interpret, and administer instructions; ability to work independently; ability to communicate clearly and establish effective relationships; must hold valid motor vehicle operator’s license; certification for ServSafe; experience in food service management preferred
