Position: Clubhouse Manager
About: ValleyCats, a first-class baseball organization hosting 53 home games and various special events, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and personable Clubhouse Manager to assist in the operation of the ball club and facility. The role involves managing inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and executing community outreach initiatives with the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; ability to maintain a clean and professional atmosphere; flexible schedule for laundry and team coordination; strong communication and organizational skills
Benefits: hourly wage of $15.50 with overtime paid after 40 hours per week, tips collected are pooled and split between Clubhouse Managers, additional terms and conditions outlined in the Employee Manual, employment period from late April to September 4th or longer if team makes playoffs, housing not provided for out of town candidates
