Position: Clubhouse Assistant – Chicago (Part Time, Temporary)
About: Rapha Clubhouses are inspiring meeting places for cyclists and fans of the sport, dedicated to delivering the legendary Rapha customer experience across both the retail and café spaces within the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors, embodying the Rapha brand values and providing exceptional service and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
Requirements: Experience in a luxury retail environment; ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of the Rapha brand; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interest in cycling or active sports preferred
