Position: Club Room Host
About: Responsible for maintaining and stocking the hotel lobby breakfast/refreshment area or concierge room in a clean and orderly manner, this role involves greeting guests, handling supplies, restocking food and beverage items, washing dishes, and ensuring overall cleanliness. Employees will also be responsible for communication logs, inventory management, and addressing any guest complaints or maintenance issues. Adherence to KHC policies is mandatory, including dress code, safety standards, and professional conduct. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and various movements to fulfill job functions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines; strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
