Position: Club Manager

Requirements: Experience in club management, facility operations and management, food and beverage operations, bar operations, food and beverage sanitation; Supervisory experience including staff training, development, and management; Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills; Basic accounting skills to understand an annual budget and to balance petty cash receipts; Ability to develop, design, and implement programs; The physical ability to perform regular inspections of the recreation complex and assist with set-up/break-down of events and programs; All potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check prior to employment
