Position: Club Kitchen Staff
About: The Charleston RiverDogs, the Single-A Affiliate for the Tampa Bay Rays, are currently hiring part-time seasonal staff for the 2025 season. The Segra Club kitchen staff members are responsible for preparing food according to catering menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and working efficiently as part of a team to fulfill catering orders for various events and game day service.
Requirements: Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques; Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Strong attention to detail and consistency; Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects; Excellent teamwork and communication skills; Food handler certification a plus
