The Club Floor Attendant role involves providing high-quality guest service and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards during operational hours, particularly in the breakfast buffet setup and maintenance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexibility for long hours when required; ability to exert physical effort, standing for the entire shift; effective communication and multitasking abilities; attendance at hotel meetings and trainings; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality; proactive attitude and willingness to fulfill guest and operational needs; cross-training in various hotel areas; understanding and application of complex information; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
