Position: CLUB Customer Service Outfitter-Part Time
About: The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service for guests while presenting the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s. The Outfitter executes account servicing, acquires and activates new members, handles CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience; 0 to 2 years of experience; excellent organization skills and attention to details; experience in a customer service environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; adaptability to new processes and procedures; excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised
