Position: Club Barback
About: Cafe Sevilla is currently seeking a dedicated Porter & Barback to maintain cleanliness and organization in the Club bar and facilities, ensuring they are properly stocked and prepared for guest use in alignment with all guidelines. This position focuses on operational responsibilities and does not involve guest relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years related nightclub experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret company operations, safety, finance, and human resource documents; strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Aloha; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work for extended periods without sitting
