Position: Closing Line Cook
About: Layne’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member, specifically for the roles of Grill Cook and Prep Cook. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh daily hand-cut chicken, breading it in uniquely seasoned breading, frying it to perfection, manning the griddle plate for toasting bread, grilling cheese and bacon for club sandwiches, communicating effectively with other cooks on food status and speed, and maintaining pace with orders. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred
