Requirements: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program; Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist; Current CPR Certification

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time., Minimum Salary/Wage: USD $68,640.00/yr.
