Requirements: Proven work experience in providing ticket-based help desk support and demonstrated ability to handle customer account requests and updates efficiently and effectively; Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude; Creative, adaptable, with the ability to troubleshoot abstract concepts, find solutions and connect the dots in an agile work environment; Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must; Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn about 5G/LTE data, mobile devices such as iPads, tablets, and wearables, and how these devices impact the workforce; Display professional, positive, and courteous email etiquette when interacting with customers; Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customers’ expectations; Passion for the product, actively using it daily and contributing to its success; Unwavering curiosity, always seeking to learn and improve; Organized with an eye for detail, possessing excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; Positive attitude, attention to detail, speed and accuracy in responding to customer account requests, and eagerness to learn about mobile data and devices
