Position: Client Service Coordinator
About: Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensure good communication with associates and clients, and coordinate the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or a related field preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills
