Position: Client Experience Host
About: The Client Experience Host position is responsible for ensuring a World Class Client Experience at a prestigious showroom. The role focuses on engaging clients with exceptional communication and hospitality, creating unique and personalized experiences. The Host also supports Sales Consultants and maintains showroom standards for an exceptional client journey and overall experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality strongly preferred; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong client relationships; understanding of World Class Customer Experience; basic selling skills techniques; IT literate; flexible and adaptable to change; highest level of confidentiality; excellent organizational and multitasking skills; professional demeanor at all times
