Position: Client Development Manager
About: Polygon is seeking a Client Development Manager to lead initiatives in acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base to drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying, building relationships with, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners, focusing on enhancing the health of Polygon US revenue.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field preferred; ability to manage a sales cycle up to 2 years; 5-8 years of experience in client development, sales, or business development; proven track record of exceeding sales targets; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; expertise in negotiation and contract management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinking and business acumen; knowledge of specific industry and target market is a plus
