Position: Client Care Coordinator

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: High school or equivalent (Required); Veterinary experience: 2 years (Preferred); Customer service: 2 years (Required); Great communication skills; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer issues; Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus; Day Shift (Required); Night Shift (Preferred); Overnight Shift (Preferred); Ability to Commute: Metairie, LA 70005 (Required); Ability to Relocate: Metairie, LA 70005: Relocate before starting work (Required); Work Location: In person
