Position: Cleaner Porter New Orleans
About: A multi-family community is in search of a dedicated Cleaning Team to handle porter service responsibilities. The team will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality in common areas, amenities, and individual units within the community.
Requirements: Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team; basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment; ability to handle physical labor; good interpersonal and communication skills; consistent attendance and punctuality
