Position: Cleaner Porter in Spokane
About: Pinch LLC is seeking dedicated cleaning team members for porter service duties in a multi-family community. The team will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, amenities, and individual units to a high standard.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred. Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or in a team; basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment; ability to handle physical labor and communicate effectively; reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor duties.
