Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team; basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment; ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods; good interpersonal and communication skills; consistent attendance and punctuality
