Position: Cleaner Porter in Memphis Area
About: Pinch LLC is seeking dedicated Cleaning Team Members for Porter Service to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, amenities, and individual units in a multi-family community. This role involves general cleaning, maintenance checks, unit turnover, exterior maintenance, special projects, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team; basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment; ability to handle physical labor and work in various weather conditions; good interpersonal and communication skills; reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
