Position: Cleaner Porter in Lafayette
About: Pinch LLC is looking to hire a dedicated cleaning team for porter service duties in their multi-family community. The team will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational functionality of common areas, amenities, and individual units to a high standard.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred; strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment, ability to handle physical labor, good interpersonal and communication skills, consistent attendance and punctuality
