Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; ability to communicate effectively with members, non-members, and coworkers; maintaining a professional image; accuracy in telephone and account maintenance transactions; familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, especially Outlook; proficiency in operating office equipment like computer terminal, printers, calculator, fax machine, copier, and cash advance machine; punctuality and dependable attendance
