Position: Citizens Teller – Bilingual – Chinese Required – Part Time
About: Citizens bank is currently seeking a Citizens Teller to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions in branch locations.
Requirements: High school degree or GED; minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments); minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience; strong listening and communication skills; ability to effectively ask questions and identify customer needs; ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
