Position: Circa – Mega Bar – Flair Bartender
About: Circa Resort & Casino is seeking Flair Bartenders to work under the direction of Beverage Manager, entertaining guests while expertly preparing their preferred beverages. This position involves performing at bar shows, showcasing bottle juggling, throwing, catching, and other mixing tricks, all while maintaining outstanding guest service skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, team members, and management; understanding and compliance with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations; multitasking abilities; flexibility to work any day, shift, including weekends and holidays; establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with team members and guests; at least 21 years of age; ability to obtain required work cards; previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender preferred
