Position: CiCis General Manager
About: The Restaurant General Manager will play a key role in the operation of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, and more. Additional responsibilities include creating value for shareholders, managing a franchise restaurant, controlling day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring profit and loss, maintaining equipment and facility, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction, executing marketing programs, and fostering a safe and motivating work environment for the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry; strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial aspects; excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
