Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently; proficiency in preparing meat, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients; strong organizational skills and the capacity to anticipate kitchen demands; capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area; adept at using kitchen tools and equipment; physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment; effective multitasking skills
